Griggs Center Gears Up for a Busy Semester

Fall 2017 is in full swing for the Griggs Center. This semester will be chock-full of opportunities for you to be involved in whichever way works best for you! Check out what we have in store for the coming weeks:

CEO Speaker Series

Come listen to the stories of entrepreneurs such as this week’s speaker from locally-owned business James Leddy Boots and planned appearances from Mitchell Communications and Breakthrough Artistry later in the semester.

Silicon Valley Trip (Oct. 31-Nov. 5)

This trip provides students with an opportunity to further their knowledge of entrepreneurship and to engage in a new perspective of the start-up scene outside of the classroom.Get excited about visiting the campuses of Facebook, LinkedIn and several more during your time in Silicon Valley. For more information please contact us at: Mark your Calendars for the Week of Nov. 13….Start-Up Week is upon us! Start-Up week is a time dedicated to spreading entrepreneurship across campus. Take advantage of the opportunity to engage with the dozens of entrepreneurs we will bringing to campus through panel discussions, a networking dinner and more than 100 other events on campus the week of Nov. 13th. Looking for advice from an upper class-men? Near-Peer Mentorship is here!! There will be several opportunities for lower class-men to interact and ask questions of older students here in CEO. Whether it be wanting to know must-go trips or simple questions about classes, we are here to help. Be on the lookout in our newsletter for these meetings coming up! Having Summer withdrawals?
